Refund Policy for TheOpenStage
At TheOpenStage, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and plans can change. We strive to be as fair and reasonable as possible when it comes to refunds. Below is our refund policy for events managed by TheOpenStage:
Cancellation or Rescheduling of the Event
If the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer, TheOpenStage will refund the full amount of the ticket price to the ticket holder. We will also assist in communicating the cancellation or rescheduling information to ticket holders via email, social media, or other appropriate channels.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted to TheOpenStage within 30 days after the event’s original scheduled date. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the receipt of the refund request.
Refund Amount
If a ticket holder is requesting a refund due to personal reasons, TheOpenStage will refund the ticket price, minus a processing fee that covers the cost of ticketing and payment processing.
No Show Policy
No-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Event Postponement
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the original ticket will be valid for the new date. If a ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event, they can request a refund as per the policy mentioned above.
Event Cancellation
If an event is canceled by the organizer, TheOpenStage will issue a refund to the ticket holder’s original payment method.
Please note that refunds are only applicable to the face value of the ticket and TheOpenStage is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the ticket holder, including but not limited to travel or accommodation.
