– Purchased tickets will also be accessible via your TheOpenStage customer dashboard.
– You can log in to your account on our platform to view and download your tickets at any time.
– Ensure that you have access to your account credentials to retrieve your tickets.

WhatsApp
– For your convenience, we also offer ticket delivery via WhatsApp.
– Ensure that the phone number provided during the booking process is linked to an active WhatsApp account.
– Tickets will be sent to the provided WhatsApp number shortly after purchase.

Physical Pickup
While we do not ship physical tickets, we offer an option for customers to pick up their event tickets from our authorized partner outlets.

Authorized Partner Outlets
– If you prefer to collect your tickets in person, you can do so from any of our authorized partner outlets.
– During the booking process, select the option for physical pickup and choose your preferred pickup location.
– You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with the details of the chosen outlet and the pickup instructions.

– To collect your tickets, please bring a valid ID and a copy of your booking confirmation (printed or digital).
– The name on the ID must match the name provided during the booking process.
